“Cool And Thoughtful Magazine is an annual print publication that uses aesthetics to express a way of being that is intentional, conscious, and warm. We believe in the power of aesthetics to change how one sees the world, and each issue features the people, brands, and concepts that bring this sensibility to life.”
Issue Nº4 of Cool And Thoughtful is The Alignment Issue–264 pages dedicated to the idea that anything is possible when you are living true to yourself in body, mind, and spirit. A deep-dive conversation with Sarah Heitzmann opens the fourth and final chapter of the magazine, Art, for the way that Sarah understands the relationship between art, emotion, neuroscience, and the infinite potential of human beings is a uniquely powerful way of seeing how art is the marriage of the conscious mind and the subconscious mind.
This very special feature shares about Sarah’s belief that anything is possible, her passion for understanding how the brain works, and how we can nourish the power of discipline (which she says is the highest form of self love) to rewire our brains, change our thoughts, transform our realities. We learn about the origin story of her new line SH+1, a project in which she collaborates with an artist to transpose their work onto collectible garments–transforming the art and garment alike–having recently launched with inaugural “+1 Guest,” Jordy Kerwick.
Sarah understands the tango between art, heart, and brain; herein lies the magic and power in her perspective. Learn more in Cool And Thoughtful Issue Nº4, available now at Perrotin Paris: 76 Rue de Turenne.
